Simcoe County Municipal Office Building This project consisted of significant renovations and a new build around the main City Hall building of the County of Simcoe. This challenging project required that there be minimal to no disturbance or impact on the regular day-to-day activities of the city staff as the existing facility remained occupied and operational throughout the 22-month project.
