Cornell Secondary School, also known as Bill Hogarth Secondary School, is a new three-storey, 196,000-square-foot facility in Markham designed to support a full range of academic and technical programming. The school features bright, open learning environments, specialized labs and workshops, and modern shared spaces including a gymnasium, cafeteria, and performance areas.

This project consisted of significant renovations and a new build around the main City Hall building of the County of Simcoe. This challenging project required that there be minimal to no disturbance or impact on the regular day-to-day activities of the city staff as the existing facility remained occupied and operational throughout the 22-month project.
