Frank is a certified professional Engineer with over 25 years’ expertise in mid and large-scale construction projects.  A seasoned and well-respected professional, he combines strong business and project expertise with a deep understanding of the nuances of leading construction processes and legislation within the province of Ontario. He is a proven leader who is passionate about building a cohesive, performance-driven culture whose core mandate is service-excellence and safety.  Frank is a member of the Ontario General Contractors Association (OGCA) Board of Directors, Executive Committee and is the immediate past Chairman of that organization.

In his role as President, Frank presides over all aspects of Percon Construction Inc., from overseeing day-to-day operations to the development of competitive tenders, the establishment and execution of the company’s strategic vision and the development of meaningful industry-wide relationships with clients, sub-contractors and other industry professionals.  A strong believer in giving back to the community, Frank is deeply involved in several community initiatives and charities such as Schools for Children of the World, for whom he regularly donates his time and expertise.

Massimo has two decades of experience in the construction industry and has been deeply involved in many of Percon Construction’s larger and more complex projects.  As Vice President, he provides assistance in the daily operations and growth of the organization, establishing rigorous protocols and processes designed to deliver optimum performance and profitability. With a background in Architectural Science, Massimo brings a unique perspective and deep insights to large-scale renovation and multi-use construction initiatives.

Michael began his career at Percon Construction Inc. in 2019 as our Director of Design-Build, responsible for interpreting project proposals and developing a work plan that ensures timely and on-budget delivery of the project scope. As the prime contact with all authorities having jurisdiction over the project, Michael oversees the coordination amongst consultants and liaises between Client, Design, Estimating and Construction teams. Michael is an OAA licensed architect and a LEED Accredited Professional who holds an Undergraduate degree in Architectural Science from Ryerson University and a master’s degree in Architecture at Lawrence Technological University. He is a seasoned manager with more than twenty years of experience in the Project Management, Construction Management, and architectural fields and has provided his expertise to numerous construction projects at Percon.

Petrit joined the Percon team in 2018 as the Chief Estimator. He holds more than 30 years of experience within the industry. In his role as Chief Estimator, he is engaged in all projects from an early stage – researching materials and equipment, reviewing and preparing quotations and quantity take-offs, developing overall project costs.

Luisa has been with Percon for over 18 years and is an integral part of the Percon team. She plays a key role in many different areas of the firm and holds overall responsibility for organizing and coordinating office operations, procedures and resources to facilitate organizational effectiveness and efficiency.

Billy has been a key member of the Percon team since 2003. A talented accountant, Billy and his team are responsible for overseeing all accounting tasks including forecasting, book-keeping, audits, budgeting, evaluating financial data, and more.

As Percon Construction’s most senior Project Manager, Brody has over two decades of expertise and is responsible for overseeing and allocating resources and project managing our largest projects. He is deeply involved in all aspects of a project, from developing timelines, managing budgets and hiring to managing sub-contractors and employees, gathering permits and ensuring all work is up to code and safety standards. During his tenure with Percon, he has worked on over 40 projects across a variety of sectors including education, transportation, government and healthcare.

Nick has over 20 years of experience in all facets of construction management, project coordination and architectural design. A former CAD designer, Nick is well versed in architectural technology and the interpretation of architectural and structural designs. He has worked on over 20 projects during his tenure at Percon and has established lasting relationships with clients, sub-contractors and industry professionals due to his commitment to on-time, on-budget project excellence.

Min joined Percon Construction Inc. in October of 2017 as Project Coordinator and has since been promoted to Junior Project Manager, where he plans, coordinates, and oversees operations on company projects to ensure a timely and budgeted delivery. As the bridge between upper management, stakeholders, and the team tasked with project execution, Min is responsible for defining project objectives and managing resource availability and allocation to achieve project goals. Min graduated from Ryerson University with a degree in Architectural Science and has 6 years of experience in the construction industry. He possesses strong acumen with experience in strategic planning and performance measurement.

Larry has over 30 years of expertise in the construction industry and is Percon’s most senior Superintendent. He is deeply involved with all Percon projects, establishing schedules, ensuring that all health and safety policies are adhered to and acting as a liaison between all stakeholders, clients and sub-contractors. His depth of understanding in all aspects of construction and project management, coupled with strong relationships with key suppliers has made him an invaluable resource in addressing any issues or complications that may arise.

Vittoria joined the Percon team as Health and Safety Coordinator in early 2019.  She works closely with Percon principals, employees and contractors to ensure the safety of all workers and compliance with safety legislation. Additionally, Vittoria is responsible for maintaining Percon’s health and safety program, conducting site inspections, overseeing regular COR audits, and coordinating training for staff and new hire orientations. Vittoria holds a Liberal Arts degree in Business and Society from York University, where she graduated with honours. She is currently working towards completing her Occupational Health and Safety Certification. Prior to joining Percon Construction Inc., Vittoria worked as a Health and Safety Coordinator where she gained additional experience in the construction industry.
