Percon Construction – Building excellence one project at a time.

Founded in 1998 by Frank Perricone, Percon Construction Inc. is a privately-held, family-run company based in Toronto, Ontario which prides itself on service excellence, an entrepreneurial spirit and exceptional people.  From our humble beginnings, we have grown rapidly, completing more than 150 large-scale construction and renovation projects ranging from infrastructure projects such as government offices, transit facilities, retirement residences, condo / apartments, long-term care, hospitals, community centres and educational facilities.

We pride ourselves on the long-lasting relationships we have developed with our clients and the consultants, architects, sub-contractors and suppliers. Over 80% of new business comes from repeat clients due to our client-centric approach and dedication to excellence. Our principals are deeply involved with each project and regularly visit project sites. We are results-oriented and strive to provide a realistic timeline and budget for all business that we tender.  Our projects are delivered on time, on budget and we have a 100% satisfaction commitment to our clients.

Continuous improvement and innovation are hallmarks of our approach to business and we ensure that all our staff are well-informed of the latest construction techniques, safety measures, products and materials, utilizing them in projects wherever possible.

 


 

We take health and safety seriously and are committed to providing a safe and secure worksite for all our project partners and employees.  We are COR™ certified and have a robust safety and health management system in place that is designed to reduce incidents, accidents and prevent injuries. Our teams are well educated on all aspects, and regular training and testing takes place to ensure standards are maintained at all times.
