This project consisted of the expansion and interior renovation to the existing Father Ermanno Bulfon Community Centre which remained operational during the renovation period.  The new addition included a fitness room, activity room, washrooms, storage spaces and multiple offices.  The existing building was renovated to create a range of functional spaces and changing rooms.  As is the case with all our projects, Percon conducted quality and deficiency reviews throughout the project working closely with the architects, Alaimo Architecture Inc., and the stakeholders.  In spite of uncovering several challenges to the original plans, the project was completed with minimal impacts to the schedule and budget.
