The Williamsburg Seniors Residence is a large-scale new construction designed to provide the highest standard of living for its residents.  Located in Burlington, Ontario, the building comprises eight stories of which two levels are shared amenities and the remaining six floors consist of 168 residential suites. The suites range in size from one bedroom to one-bedroom plus den and two-bedroom suites, the majority of which also have in-suite laundry facilities and balconies. There is also one level of underground parking. The facility is a poured-in-place structure with structural steel roof mechanical penthouse.

Designed by Michael Spaziani Architecture Inc, this resort-style facility features high-end finishes throughout the interior including a marble entranceway, custom millwork panelling and high-end fixtures.  Amenities include an indoor salt water pool and adjacent whirlpool spa, sundeck, fitness club, theatre room, library, billiard and games room, internet lounge, full service kitchen, private dining room and several restaurants.  Retail and commercial spaces on the main level include a pharmacy, travel agency and hair salon.
