The Bloor Collegiate Institute and Alpha II Alternative School Replacement project delivered a new, modern secondary school that accommodates both programs, featuring state-of-the-art learning environments, sustainable design features, and community-use spaces within a dense urban setting.

City of Mississauga Burnhamthorpe Community Centre is a revitalized recreation facility featuring a modern aquatic centre, fitness spaces, and flexible community areas integrated with upgrades to the existing arena. The redevelopment enhances accessibility, performance, and energy efficiency through high-performance building systems and thoughtful integration of new and existing spaces.

This new construction, three-storey high school started with a large overall site cut and fill.

The new East Gwillimbury Operations Centre is a 57,000 sq. ft. on 20-acres.

This project involved the new construction of a three-storey secondary school, primary municipal library and OPP satellite office for the Essa region of Ontario.
